Meeting Tanya at the start of my house hunting adventures was a sure stroke of luck. I had previously reached out to some realtors on Zillow to look at some listings, but none were as quick or responsive as her. She was incredibly kind and personable from the get go. Thanks to her, my parents from out of state were able to find an amazing house and close on it for a very reasonable price. She was very knowledgeable on practically every issue we threw her way and was always quick to respond to my messages. I'll definitely be calling her up when I start looking for a house of my own!

Tanya was absolutely wonderful during our home buying process. We moved to Raleigh from Northern Virginia and Tanya was instrumental in making the process smooth and easy. She was very easy to communicate with, went out of her way to answer our questions and keep the process moving smoothly, and helped make the purchase happen despite a number of curve balls.
